ISLES OF SHOALS, N.H. – The Coast Guard is searching off the New Hampshire coast for a 46-year-old lobsterman from Maine.
Petty Officer 2nd Class Connie Terrell said an air and water search is under way for Christopher Tobey of Kittery.
She said Tobey’s lobster boat, Sav-A-Buck, apparently sank off the Isles of Shoals with his son and a crewman aboard. The son and crewman were rescued from Duck Island.
Terrell said Tobey’s daughter called the Portsmouth Coast Guard station this morning to alert them the 44-foot boat was missing.
