8 restaurants in the Klang Valley offering Christmas feast takeaways this festive season

The festive tidings of Christmas are upon us and you know what that means—family gatherings, large feasts, and the joy of giving (and receiving) gifts.

And I don’t know about you, but I’m someone who prefers to have such occasions in the comfort of intimate settings, like home or a private space.

But with end-of-year celebrations and professional workloads piling up, it can be a headache to plan the food aspect. And if your group isn’t large enough, catering can lean on the unnecessarily pricey end.

So we’ve compiled a list of restaurants to get this off your hands. Here are eight restaurants in the Klang Valley offering Christmas takeaways.

1. Red Kettle

Started by three friends passionate about good food and coffee, Red Kettle states that its menu combines both Western and Asian flavours to create a culinary medley.

This holiday, though, it seems that they’re focusing on giving customers a taste of Christmas. Part of its Christmas Takeaway Feasts menu includes:

Pork knuckle (±1.5KG) at RM270Oink roll (±1KG) at RM320Lamb shoulder rack (±1KG) at RM290Frozen tiramisu (±1KG) at RM269.90Christmas fruitcake (±400g) at RM89.90Black forest loaf cake (±700g) at RM129.90

All the meats come with a selection of complimentary sides and sauces, such as root vegetables and homestyle gravy.

Deliveries are available within the Klang Valley and charges are calculated upon checkout. Alternatively, you can opt to collect it from their restaurants at Starling Mall, PJ or Taman Bukit Desa, KL.

2. Maria’s Steakcafe

Currently helmed by the second generation, Maria’s Steakcafe is best known for its steaks. So it’s not surprising that their tomahawk steak is on this year’s Christmas Home Delivery menu.
